Member Feedback

As a proud Member’s Club, we are always keen to hear your feedback so that we can continue to grow and improve the service that we offer you. There are a number of different ways that you can share your feedback with us, both in person at Edgbaston and digitally.

These include:

Members’ Forums

We host two Members’ Forums each season, one towards the start of the season and one towards the end of the season taking place at Edgbaston. Members are encouraged to attend forums to ask any questions and provide any feedback that they have to the leadership of the club.

 

Surveys

We will distribute surveys regularly throughout the seasons. We will also send post-match surveys after all T20 Blast matches to get an understanding of your experience at the ground.

 

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The Annual General Meeting is held every year at Edgbaston and all Members are invited to attend. In advance of the meeting, all Members will receive the Annual Report to provide them with as much information about the Club as possible.

 

Suggestion Box

There will also be a Suggestions Box located in both the Tom Dollery Lounge and David Heath Suite throughout the season. Suggestions will be collected on a regular basis as we constantly strive to listen to any feedback that you have throughout the season.

You can also visit us in person on a match-day at Edgbaston in the Edgbaston Superstore, located in the South Lower Stand concourse. This provides you with a great opportunity to share feedback in-person and have any of your questions answered.

 

Members Committee:

The Members Committee is the forum for dialogue between the Warwickshire County Cricket Club Membership and Club Officials.
